Adam grew up in Vincennes, Indiana, attending the local Free Methodist Church. Through that, he got involved in a program called Bible Quizzing where, at one of the National competitions, he met some of the folks who were involved in the Mandate. Eventually, he attended the Mandate and absolutely loved it! Upon graduation, he moved to Corvallis and began a construction company, specializing in flooring installation. Adam loves introducing people to the heart of the Father, calling out truth in people, and showing them their true identity in Jesus. He desires to see people abiding in the presence of the Father at all times and to make everything they do an act of worship to God.
Adam teaches a class on how to study the Bible.
I was saved from a life of drug use and dissipation when I was 24 years old. I immediately entered a local Bible School where I soaked in the word for 2 years. During this time I led teams to the streets of McMinnville for outreach every Friday night. After school, I moved to New Mexico to work for Calvary Chapel of Albuquerque in their mission department. I spent 3 years there, leading a small internship of missionaries, and then leading trips all over the world. This is where I met my beautiful wife, Gizelle, who also has a heart that beats for missions.
I eventually moved back to McMinnville to found Berean School of the Bible which I directed for 3 years and then turned to a focus in music ministry. After a number of years preaching and teaching through the use of Christian Rock Music, we moved to Hawaii for more mission training and involvement, including 3 months in Taiwan ministering to an unreached people group. Upon returning to McMinnville I took up the role as Assistant Pastor/ youth pastor/ worship leader for the next 7 years.
